Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) faced the challenge of engaging fun-loving, extroverted attendees with activities that integrated the WFHM messaging. Live Marketing helped WFHM develop a multiple-activity booth program to draw attention and traffic, while ensuring multiple touch points with staff. The program included:
  • A live mainstage presentation adapting a popular TV gameshow as well as a secondary presentation that launched a new WFHM consumer program
  • Content development and scripting, as well as high-level messaging for a key activity
  • Media production for the live presentations
  • Staffing, including double-casting six professional presenters for non-stop action, a crowd gatherer, and an on-site director
  • Overall project management
Wells Fargo experienced a 200% increase over the previous year for people participating in the booth activity. In addition, the average amount of time an attendee spent in the booth doubled over the previous year.
