Road Show
Sprint was integrating and consolidating a series of seminars that previously had been independently produced by various product solutions groups. They turned to Live Marketing to develop an integrated event marketing program to build and strengthen business relationships, and move prospects further down the sales funnel. Program elements included:
- Strategic planning, including defining seminar objectives
- Creative strategies and theme development
- Redesigning the seminar’s agenda and producing professionally written scripts for all sessions
- Creating pre-event marketing initiatives for local sales teams to drive seminar attendance
- Speaker coaching
- Project management, technical direction and all production services, including AV, staging, and lighting
- A measurement program to gauge effectiveness in achieving seminar goals
Attendance at the 13-city road show tripled over the previous year’s events! According to the Group Manager for Sprint Business, “Live Marketing was instrumental in developing, supporting and implementing Sprint’s Data Solutions Summits. The Live Marketing team did an outstanding job in every facet. Clearly, without their assistance and expertise the Sprint Data Solutions Summits would not have been nearly as impactful.”
