Experiential Booth Activities
In order to convince dieticians to recommend General Mills’ products to their patients, General Mills needs to drive attendees to their exhibit and encourage visits to each of their nutritional solutions/product areas.
For five years, Live Marketing has developed and implemented an educational booth activity experience for General Mills that has included:
- Overall theme for the booth, pre-show communication strategies and booth activity
- Theme graphic design utilized in pre-show communications, on-site activities and signage
- Innovative pre-show postcard mailers to promote and create buzz about the fun activities taking place in the exhibit
- Creation and implementation of interactive booth activity strategies to drive attendees to the demo areas
- Customized training workshops for the General Mills staff
The original program increased booth attendance by over 400%, and in subsequent years, more and more attendees have participated in the General Mills program. Based on at-show surveys, attendees have indicated the information and materials received are of value, and as a result, are more likely to use the General Mills resources they received in their day-to-day practice.
