Integrated Tradeshow Program
 
With the goal of improving the industry’s understanding of their global capabilities, Aon was hoping a little “RISK” would generate leads and create/accelerate buy cycles.

Live Marketing worked with Aon’s marketing communications agency, Slack Barshinger, to create a multi-faceted tradeshow marketing program around RISK™—Hasbro’s iconic board game—that included:

  • Strategic and creative development, and implementation of a group booth activity experience designed for all show attendees
  • Booth ambassadors who facilitated the activity with attendees, then handed qualified prospects off to Aon staff
  • On-site staff, including crowd gatherers and an on-site director
  • A customized training workshop for the Aon booth staff
The program was Aon’s most successful conference yet—they experienced at least a 1,000% improvement in revenue generated over the previous year. The program also earned 8 industry awards for marketing and creative excellence
